Ingredients
- 3 lb side of salmon
- 1 tangerine juiced
- 1 lime half juiced, the other half cut into 4 pieces to garnish
- kosher salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Maldon salt
- 2 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Lay salmon on a sheet of parchment paper over a half sheet tray. Season generously with salt, then pour lime and tangerine juices over the salmon. Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
- In a small bowl mix together chopped herbs with olive oil and Maldon salt.
- When the salmon in finished cooking, transfer to a serving dish (or don't, no judgement) and top with herb mixture. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and top with slices of lime. Serve immediately.
