Middle Eastern Pomegranate Jello

This easy pomegranate jello is a bright, refreshing dessert made with pomegranate juice and topped with fresh pomegranate arils for extra sweetness and crunch. Simple, nostalgic, and perfect for holidays or family gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups pomegranate juice divided
  • 2 packages unflavored jello
  • 2 cups pomegranate arils

Instructions
 

  • Bring 3 cups of pomegranate juice a low simmer. Add in remaining 1 cup of pomegranate juice to adjust the temperature, you don't want to burn the jello.
  • Mix unflavored jello packets into the juice and whisk until dissolved.
  • Pour into desired serving bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Top with pomegranate arils before serving.
